The universities admission process has been heavily criticised recently. As the number of unconditional offers hits a record high and universities come under fire for demanding high predicted A-level grades then accepting much lower actual A-level grades, some people are asking whether the entire system needs to be overhauled.

That was the question asked of David Hawkins (Hawkins Global Education), Mike Nicholson (University of Bath), Fiona Johnston (UCAS), Michelle Morgan (Student Experience) and Chris Ramsey (Whitgift School) for their panel discussion at the Festival of Higher Education. If you work in further or higher education you won’t want to miss the experts debate: ‘HE Admissions: Developing a Fair and Transparent system – is it time for a reboot?’.
